Saturday June 16, 2012 9:00 - Noon (Bloom-Carroll Jr. High Cafeteria)
Fees & Equipment
What's included for Football:
Game pants & jersey, shoulder pads, mouth guard and helmet.
NOTE: All Football Players get to keep the jersey with their name on the back.
What's not included for Football:
Practice pants & jersey, thigh & knee pads, girdle & insert pads, rubber cleats
What's included for Cheerleading:
Skirt, shell, spankies, socks, shoes & hair bows.
What's not included for Cheerleading:
Pom-Pom's

NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER JULY 22, 2012!!
REGISTRATIONS AFTER JUNE 16, 2012 WILL BE ACCESSED A $20.00 LATE FEE!
· Practice will begin July 30, 2012
· Football players must bring copy of birth certificate
· Need physician’s contact information
· Online and mail in registrations are accepted until July 22, 2012
NOTE: Individuals who register Online or by mail after June 16, 2012 will be accessed a $20.00 late fee and will be fitted at parent orientation night.
